Egypt Tourism Turns Down By 28 Percent

According to gulf news, it has been reported that Egypt tourism has gone down by 28 percent from January to July. Due to the recent turmoil in Egypt and emergency situations, Egypt tourism sector has been affected the most.
Approximately, 8.2 million tourists visited Egypt last year, but the slowdown in the Egypt tourism is to an extent that this year only 5.7 million tourists have visited during the same period.
England, Russia and Germany were the biggest market for Egypt tourism along with the Arab tourists who use to travel from UAE, Kuwait, and Saudi Arab that has declined drastically.
As Hosini Mubarak has moved to Cairo, the Egypt tourism in Sharm el Shaikh is expected to get back its pace also by winter the entire Egypt tourism is expected to bounce back and regain its charm.
